My First mini Triathlon, REAL Season has begun, Tennis, and some other randoms...

i have not posted in FOREVER. i just have been super lazy and have not even wanted too...well now here is an overload.

i did my first very mini triathlon on may 8th.
150 yard swim - 2.4 mile bike ride - 1.4 mile run
my sister ashlan called me the week before and had a couple people not able to do it anymore and talked me into filling in one of the empty spaces. i did pretty good for not "training" for it (i have not swam or ridden a bike in like a year) but i do workout at ozonefit so i know thats what allowed me to do ok in it. so ashlan, gaylynn, and i did it and it was fun. i had a good time, and will definitely consider another. it was the perfect size, MAYBE i will work up to a real one...one day???

here i am swimming

at the finish line (garrett missed me on the bike)

my honey was cute and came early with me to carry my bike in and out of the truck and to take pictures of course. hopefully he will be doing the next one with me. :) my cute mom came too which was very nice of her to get up early considering it was her birthday.

REAL season began!! now if it would just warm up for the games.

my little brother Jackson came with us last week and i had to post this picture, because it looks like he is totally shirtless under that red and blue jacket. he really was wearing a shirt but we got a good laugh when we saw these pictures.

of course some tennis with the wings.

we had a girls night a LONG time ago (priesthood) and made lots and lots of treats.

my mom just had a birthday and we celebrated with some yummy dinner, and this delicious cake. it is a bundt cake from the store nothing bundt cakes in sandy. they are delectable, i suggest you try one. this was the red velvet and it was really good but not as good as the chocolate chocolate chip we got the first time (and i'm not a chocolate lover).

and i just wanted to post this..i love his smile.

we have also seen some good movies. iron man 2 of course and robin hood this past weekend. we enjoyed both of them quite a bit! gotta love the movies. p.s. has anyone been to the century in bountiful since it got redone? if so how is it? worth giving a shot? we are sooo ready for summer, can't wait for some HOT weather!

Are you talking about the movie theater behind Shopko? (I truly have no idea what the century is/was, I'm just taking a shot in the dark here). If so, then yes, it's very nice since it was redone.
